RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

La Junta Rifle Club Inc, is holding a fund raising, multiple discipline target shoot for the benefit of Hunt of a Lifetime Foundation Inc. known as the Wes Borns Challenge hereinafter ("Event"). The Event features various target shooting activities. You the undersigned, (hereinafter the "Participant")have expressed a desire to participate as a shooter, in the Event. La Junta Rifle Club is willing to allow you to do so, subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

Please read the following terms and conditions completely and carefully, they affect your legal rights. If you have any questions, please contact an event organizer.

Terms and Conditions:

By signing this document you hereby confirm and agree to the following.

• You acknowlege that there are risks and dangers inherent to the participation In target shooting sports and the use of firearms. By participation in this Event And signing this Agreement you agree to accept all risks and dangers inherent To your participation.

• You will comply fully and completely with all rules and instructions which the Event organizers and the clubs/facilities hosting the Event establishes for participation.

• You for yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives and next of kin waive, release and forever discharge and hold harmless La Junta Rifle Club Inc, Wes Borns Challenge, its volunteers, officers, trustees, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns (therinafter collectively "Wes Borns Challenge") from any and all claims, actions, liability, causes of action, demands, judgements, rights, costs and expenses of whatever nature and kind you may have or may hereafter have or acquire including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, property damage or loss arising out of or in any way related to or connected with this Event and your participation therein.


• You shall hold Wes Borns Challenge harmless and indemnify them from all claims, actions, liability, causes of action, demands, judgements, rights, costs and expenses of whatever nature and kind brought against the Wes Borns Challenge arising out of or in any way related to or connected with your negligence in your participation at this event.

By signing this document, You acknowlege that you are waiving any rights you or your family may have if you are injured during participation at the Event.

I have read and fully understand all of the foregoing terms and conditions and, by signing below voluntarily agree to be bound thereby.
