Sponsors, Contributors: Be sure you compete a "Donation form" and include name, address, phone, cash amount of donation or Fair Market Value of Goods or Services.

This is important because your IRS tax receipt will be generated from this as well as thank you correspondence. If the contribution totals more than $100.00 (cash of FMV) you will be entered into a drawing for prizes, including some framed art prints.

Shooter Participants: Each participant must fill out the "Registration Form" and sign a "Release" before being allowed to participate. Contact information needs to be complete so that if you are not present at awards ceremony, any winnings can be mailed to you. For pre-registering you will also be entered into drawings for door prizes.

For minor participants, you must have a parent of guardian sign the release form to allow you to participate. Your parent or guardian does not have to accompany you but you must have a supervising adult in attendance to assure safe conduct and firearm handling.

Team leader must complete the "Team Name" and "Sponsor" portion of the registration form and include the $5.00 team entry fee. Leader's Team shooting position will be "1". All other team members need to select shooting position number. This will be with you for the entire event and is the order that your team members will shoot. Your assigned team number and participant number will be linked to this information, and your individual and team scores to these numbers.

Be sure that there are 5 registration forms and 5 release forms turned in with minimum registration fee of $105.00 in order to pre-register your team. You can get more event tickets at the event if needed. The events that you select on the pre-registration are for pre-registration only. You may change your mind prior to shooting at the event. You will be asked to declare the 4 events you want counted on your team score the day of the program. The first score you shoot in these events will count on your team score. If you shoot any of the events more than once, then the best score will count on your individual total.

Make copies of these forms and distribute to friends and anyone that may be interested in participating or contributing something to the Program.
